By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using LiveMuse, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
LiveMuse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
To use LiveMuse, you must:

Fraud and Deception
Users may not:

- Conduct fraudulent transactions
Illegal Activities
Users may not use LiveMuse to:
- Promote illegal conduct
- Facilitate criminal activity
- Sell prohibited products or services
- Evade legal obligations
Harmful Conduct
Users may not engage in conduct that threatens platform integrity, user safety, or community wellbeing.
LiveMuse reserves the right to remove content or accounts that violate these guidelines.

LiveMuse reserves the right to review, restrict, remove, demonetize, suspend, or terminate content and accounts at its discretion.

- Subscriptions
- Ticketed events
- Brand partnerships
- Future monetization features
Participation is subject to eligibility requirements.
Creators must:
- Maintain accounts in good standing
- Comply with platform policies
- Provide accurate payout information
- Comply with tax obligations
LiveMuse reserves the right to:
- Investigate suspicious activity
- Delay payouts during reviews
- Reverse fraudulent transactions
- Suspend monetization privileges
- Modify monetization programs
Creators are independent users and are not employees of LiveMuse unless otherwise agreed in writing.
LiveMuse does not guarantee earnings or financial success.
Refund Policy
Digital purchases made through LiveMuse are generally non-refundable.
Examples include:
- Gifts
- Coins
- Subscriptions
- Digital event tickets
- Virtual items
Refund requests may be considered for:
- Unauthorized transactions
- Duplicate charges
- Technical failures
- Billing errors
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Livestream Rules
Creators are responsible for content streamed through their accounts.
The following content is prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material
- Exploitation of minors
- Terrorist content
- Violent criminal activity
- Illegal activities
- Non-consensual sexual content
- Extreme graphic violence
- Copyright infringement
- Fraudulent schemes
LiveMuse may immediately terminate streams or accounts that violate these rules.
Intellectual Property
The LiveMuse platform, including:
- Software
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Branding
- Graphics
- Features
- Documentation
are owned by LiveMuse or its licensors.
Users may not:
- Copy
- Reverse engineer
- Modify
- Distribute
- Reproduce
platform assets without authorization.
By posting content, users grant LiveMuse a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and operate such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
Users retain ownership of their original content.
Account Suspension And Termination
LiveMuse may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Security concerns
- Legal requirements
- Harmful conduct
- Repeated policy violations
Users may terminate their account at any time through available account management tools.
LiveMuse may retain information as required by law, tax regulations, fraud prevention obligations, or legitimate business purposes.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
LiveMuse makes no warranties regarding:
- Availability
- Reliability
- Performance
- Earnings potential
- Continuous access
- Error-free operation
Use of the Services is at the user’s own risk.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveMuse, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
arising from use of the Services.
If liability is imposed, LiveMuse’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to LiveMuse during the preceding twelve months.
Governing Law And Contact Information
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Nevada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
